Computer engineering, based on the computer sciences, is a branch of engineering that produces technical solutions in every respects computers can make for. Analysis, sizing, designing, implementation, testing and production of systems in which computers are included and involving software and hardware components enters the computer engineering field.
Many systems and products we use today include computer software and hardware, or are produced using computer technologies. Embedded systems (mobile phones, music players) to software that runs on large computer networks (search engines), computer games to computer-aided engineering applications, systems that facilitate our daily lives, enable many things impossible without computers have been implemented thanks to the teaching of computer engineering.
As with the other engineerings, the aims of computer engineers are to produce the most durable and useful products with least amonut of resources as soon as possible. When it comes to computer systems, this means to produce computer solutions that find the quickest solution, run at least error and are the easiest to use.
